He's so down to earth, all of this extra hype that goes on about him, it doesn't get to his head and I think that's what is fantastic about him. City and Philadelphia Union came to an agreement that will see the 14-year-old academy player move to Manchester when he turns 18, according to The agreement is said to include a lot of add-ons as well as a sell-on percentage. He is now currently working out a homegrown contract with the MLS side until his transfer four years from now.

Borussia Dortmund, who have taken calculated gambles on the potential of Christian Pulisic and Gio Reyna in the past, had been credited with interest in Sullivan, as were Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. However, they appear to have lost the race to sign the exciting talent by the current holders of Premier League and Champions League crowns.
It was previously reported by that the club would loan him out to fellow City Football Group club Lommel SK when he turns 16. Sullivan would not be able to play for City until he turns 18 as he does not hold an EU passport.
