Leeds United won 2-0 this weekend, but it was another torrid showing for Patrick Bamford.
Indeed, the striker failed to bag a goal for the tenth consecutive league game, and he’ll certainly be frustrated that he couldn’t get on the scoresheet against the second-worst defence in the division.
Fans have been on the striker’s back in recent weeks due to his woes in front of goal, and there have been many calls for him to be replaced in the starting XI.

While supporters have been annoyed with the striker, perhaps nobody is more frustrated about this goal drought than Bamford himself.
The former Boro striker did get the ball in the net on Saturday, but it was disallowed for offside, and one image of the forward after his strike was ruled out perfectly sums up his season thus far.
The striker can’t help but smile after his goal was disallowed, but we have to feel that this was a ‘if you don’t laugh you’ll cry’ moment.

Leeds’ number 10 looked to the heavens seeming to ask what he needs to do to actually score after his effort against QPR was chalked off, but unfortunately, there were no answers to be found.
Perhaps he does need an act of god to finally find the net for the Yorkshire club as his luck doesn’t seem to be there at the moment.
Fortunately, United still managed to get all three points on Saturday, but this picture shows exactly the type of emotions Bamford is feeling about his poor run of form.
